Our facilities are vibrant, action-oriented environments – a hub of activity where visitors can play, learn to swim, go to fitness classes, train, and take part in national sporting events.
Lifeguards help keep people safe and make sure they have an enjoyable experience at our pools. They put people at the heart of what they do every day at work.
If you want the chance to make a positive difference in people's lives, we are always on the lookout for new team members.

Helping people
As a lifeguard, no two days will be the same – there is always something happening, and we have a wide range of people who use our facilities.
There’s a big emphasis on health and safety, and identifying risks and hazards before they happen, so a lot of the job is about prevention.
Our lifeguards are a happy, diverse team who care about the wellbeing of their customers and communities.
Hours that suit
We employ permanent full-time and part-time lifeguards all year round as well as needing staff for the summer months.
We have a rostered system, which includes some weekends. And we will work with you as much as possible to make sure it fits around your schedule.
