This document sets out a plan for the future development of the South Karori rural area.
The South Karori Rural Community Plan covers the area from the Hawkins Hill/Te Kopahau Ridge to the South Karori Stream, and includes the Watson, Clayton-Bray and Warren properties as well as the smaller properties off South Karori Road.
The ideas and proposals in this document have been produced through extensive consultation over 2000/2001.
