Proposal
District Plan Change 80 includes a range of minor amendments and rezonings to Wellington City District Plan maps and text. Its purpose is to help the District Plan function more efficiently and is part of regular “maintenance”.

The plan change was made partially operative on 16 January 2017 and was made fully operative on 12 September 2018.

One appeal was received on District Plan Change 80, which relates to the Residential Height Standard 5.6.2.5.4 (accessory buildings).
