Our dynamic program is designed to take you from mastering fundamental techniques to executing advanced flips. Junior Roller Derby
This is for those who have basic roller skating skills and want to take it to the next level. You will learn a variety of new skills to use in the sport of Junior Roller Derby. This is a low contact sport where teams compete for points earned through speed, agility and strategy. You will be coached by Julia Bromley (from team NZ) and other guest coaches. We provide safe, fun and exciting classes in which students will have the opportunity to hold a public bout (game) on completion of the course. Aimed at ages 7 to 16.

Rollerblade and rollerskate

Skateboard
Beginners learn and develop basic skateboarding skills, including skateboard maintenance and basic tricks. The advanced class builds on skills learned in the beginners class and includes learning more technical tricks and how to use ramps and obstacles. All protective equipment is provided free of charge. Skateboards are not provided. Term-long enrolment is required.

Springboard diving
Teaches the necessary safety skills and goes on to progressively develop diving ability.
It's a prerequisite to be competent in deep water.
Beginners diving builds body control and awareness before developing basic skills using the 1-meter springboard. Intermediate diving progresses to advanced movements using the 1-metre and 3-meter springboards. Advanced diving prepares for club diving and competition.

Racquet Sport Skills
A programme designed to introduce and develop hand-eye coordination skills for different racquet sports. You’ll also learn the basics of playing a variety of racquet sports, including pickleball, badminton and squash. Ideal for children aged 8 to 12.

Ultimate movement
This new and exciting class offers a combination of two fundamentals: Acrobatic movements such as handstands and partner balances, and chase tag/parkour-based skills such as rolls, vaults, and jumps.
We provide a fun and safe environment for children to challenge themselves, build their teamwork skills, confidence and fitness, and enjoy learning ultimate ways to move their body around and over obstacles!
