Rates account and PIN for Whakatutuki

Create a Whakatutuki account to view your rates invoices online – you’ll need your rates account number and a PIN.

Whakatutuki is our secure online platform where you can access and manage your Council services.

In Whakatutuki, you can add your rates account to view your rates invoices dating back to November 2022.

Already have an account?

To add your rates account in Whakatutuki (under ‘Add a service’), enter your:

rates account number – you can find this on your rates invoice or by using our property search
PIN – this alphanumeric PIN is shown at the bottom of your November 2024 rates invoice.

If you have more than one rates account, you need to repeat this process. Each rates account has its own PIN.
