In Whakatutuki, you can add your rates account to view your rates invoices dating back to November 2022.
Create a Whakatutuki account
To sign up to Whakatutuki, you’ll need:
- an email address
- a password.

Add your rates account in Whakatutuki
To add your rates account in Whakatutuki (under ‘Add a service’), enter your:
- rates account number – you can find this on your rates invoice or by using our property search
- PIN – this alphanumeric PIN is shown at the bottom of your November 2024 rates invoice.
If you have more than one rates account, you need to repeat this process. Each rates account has its own PIN.
