Displaying a mobility parking permit allows you to park in a Council-owned parking space for longer than the time restriction.

How mobility parking permits work

A mobility parking permit allows you to park in mobility and Pay by Plate parking spaces for longer than the time restriction. Normal parking charges generally still apply – to find out, check the closest parking meter.

With a permit you can park for:

  • 1 hour over any time restriction of 30 minutes or longer
  • 1 hour over the time you've paid for.
