Availability: 8am – 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday.

Fees:

  • Non-commercial use: $40 per hour
  • Commercial rate: $70 per hour

Fees includes use of kitchen and bar.

Access: Pedestrian access from Newtown Park and Roy Street.
