We’ve made these guides to help you understand the best way to plant for your area in Wellington, as well as to give some tips on how to undertake a planting project, where to begin, who to involve and where to get plants.
It’s been 10 years in the making, but we hope it’ll be a really helpful resource for both community planting groups and also the individual gardener.
See below the full version of the booklets. We’ve also split them into their separate sections so you can just print what resources you need, depending on your area.
Restoration planting techniques
The first booklet Restoration Planting Techniques is all about planning. It goes into detail about how to plant, how to organise a planting project and many other tips and tricks you’ll need to know.
